Good Sugar Baking cares. Your cookies will always be baked fresh, packaged properly, and delivered to you in a timely manner. You can also feel good knowing that your money went to a non-profit where they will use that money to help out the community.
With a passion for baking and supporting great causes, Katie Schroepfer founded Good Sugar Baking with the hopes to provide non-profits with more funding and to provide you with irresistible cookies. As someone who is always bringing cookies and other baked goodies to social gatherings and to work, Katie has enjoyed baking since she was little. Baking Christmas cookies with her mom was always a highlight of those cold, Minnesota nights.
Katie has volunteered for many different non-profits, such as the Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity, Cats Cradle and Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado. She has two pets, Gizmo the cat and Ben the dog (named after her favorite band’s lead singer), went to school in Fargo (like the movie, minus the wood chipper and murder part) and moved to Colorado immediately after graduating with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

Just kidding, they aren’t allowed sweets.
Katie decided to start her own business by using her education and skills to do exactly what she loves most.
